Pokémon Team Builder — Dex Progress

Level gate

25 Target level (where the game is)

The whole team is rated by its fit to an ideal left-tail distribution: Lv1 at the bottom, t^exp variance up to a tight cluster at the target, and unlevelled fresh catches are wildcards (max fit). Hard level cap excludes anything above the target from teams; Max at-cap in team limits how many may sit right at it. Tune the tail with Ladder exponent.
